A Fresh New Start to Cleanliness

has been with our small business since 2020, and she holds several important roles. She is our commercial property manager and staff manager. She is also our human resources professional. You might have met her at one point at a walk through for your estimate, where she continues to play a small role. While not as much as she used to, she still gets out to meet new and prospective clients. She is in charge of 40 hard-working ladies and 15 commercial offices. Alma is a multitasker and decision maker. We are very lucky to have Alma on our team. Alma is a single mother of a 16 year old son, Miguel. Miguel is a junior and a very talented soccer player at Southwest High School in Lincoln, NE. Alma is a hard-working single mother. She's always going above and beyond for her son, making sure he’s taken care of with all his activities and daily life. Fun Fact about Alma - Her goal is to become a makeup artist. She will be taking a course in California at the end of this year to become certified. She’s planning to start her own business. But don't worry, we have Alma for a while, as she works on making her dream a reality.

Yadirha Ortiz has been working for our small business since 2020. She is our bookkeeping and payroll manager. Yadirha is my oldest daughter, and I hope someday she will continue to run our small business when I retire. Yadirha currently attends the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She’s majoring in education and will be graduating in May 2025. She will then be teaching full-time at Lincoln Public Schools. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Arts. Fun Fact about Yadirha - She has one cat named Storm and a big furry boy, Rottweiler named Chuy. Yadirha loves both of her fur babies very much. She brags about them all the time to friends and family. She loves to have fun and spend time with family, friends, and her boyfriend Renzo who she's been dating since High School.

has been working for our small business since 2021. She makes sure our teams are ready for the day. She also goes out into the field to check on the teams and makes sure they are okay. In addition to the 15 teams she oversees, she has office duties and manages the supply inventory and scheduling. Erika is married and has 2 children.  Her 15 year old daughter named Aylin who is a cheerleader at Lincoln High School and her 8 year old son Ivan who loves video games. Fun Fact about Erika - She loves shoes and she loves to shop. She’s very caring and loves to volunteer and help at a variety of charities and fundraisers.

She also checks on all the teams throughout the day to make sure everyone is working well and they have everything they need.  She goes above and beyond for every client. Marisela is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Her son Jesus is 21 and works full-time. Her son Eric is 15 and a sophomore at Lincoln High School. Her daughter, Arely, recently graduated from Lincoln High School and will be leaving in July 2024 for the Air Force. She's very proud and is looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her daughter. Fun Fact - she loves to travel, try different types of foods, and hang out with family and friends.
